Do you provide training for my dog who is not a service dog?
Our training program includes dogs who are not in training to be a service dog. We are American kennel club evaluators, and we provide group classes for those types of classes. We also provide a board and train program. We also provide virtual sessions.

How much does your program cost?
Our program is written to help people be able to afford service dog training. We charge a. Membership fee, which is $$550 every fourth completed session. We do not charge people thousands of dollars to get started on their training. Though we do require working with these dogs at least teams six months, prior to giving any type of verification purposes. Service dogs that start in the board and train program are not required to complete the six months the board and train program takes place of One of those three month. Of time. So the requirement would be three months of follow-up training or more following the board and train program.

Do I have to do the board and train?
Yes, we do offer a board and train program. Our program is two weeks. It's completed in a home environment not in a facility. Spaces are very limited for the board and train program as we only take one or two dogs at a time into the home. Our board and train program also includes an unlimited, follow ups to cover all of the behaviors. The dog learned while in the board and train program To ensure successful transition back home.

Do you provide private dog training?
Yes, we do provide private dog training. Private dog training sessions are generally completed in our training center which is located at 811 E. yellow jacket Ln. Suite 105 Rockwall, TX 75087. Due to the sensitive nature of the work that we do with individuals who have a disability, since Covid we are very limited and going to other peoples homes for any type of training. Keisha & Val have been a great help to me and my two dogs. My last dog was an awful puller and Keisha recommended a harness and showed me the best way to use it with my dog. That dog also suffered with anxiety during storms after talking to them we decided to try CBD oil on her. They never recommend product, treat or food that they don’t use on their own precious puppies. Between the two of them they have a vast knowledge on dog training but also the phycology behind why dogs behave a certain way. Last year we got a puppy and they sent me the puppy starter handbook to help me potty train, feed and crate her until she became reliable home alone. They always answer questions and if they can’t will research an answer. They work off a reward based system instead of fear, which as an animal lover I appreciate that tremendously.
These people put a lot of passion and care into their work. They pay attention to detail. I would highly recommend.

This place is always the best. The open communication the professionality and the great price as well as the fact that Keisha, Valerie, & Bailey never fail only amazes me and makes this my go to in all of DFW. They walked me through the whole process and explained everything in detail before we even got started. Their attitude is always welcoming and nice! They're also some of the most nicest and caring people I've ever met. They helped me with more than even just my German Shepherd they helped me understand myself a little more since my attitude also affects my puppy a lot. They'll always be my first to recommend to somebody trying to train their dog and taking dog ownership seriously!
I’ve been working with the team for several months now with my puppy Frankie. He is working to be a companion dog for my special needs daughter. He is doing wonderful and the guidance by all trainers has been invaluable. We will continue to work with them until Frankie is comfortable with being a dog to take everywhere. This is a great women owned business!
