We boarded our pup Boudin while we went on vacation for 5 nights. Before our big trip, we did two one-night "trial runs" to make sure he was comfortable with them, which was so helpful. We didn't have to worry about him at all on our trip-- Heather and Brittany provided us with tons of updates and pictures whenever I asked, and Heather even put some water in his kibble when she noticed he wasn't drinking as much water as she would like (the boy is a diva about sharing water bowls, apparently). When we picked him up, he didn't seem anxious or upset at all, and he's tuckered out from partying so hard all week! I would definitely board him with them again.
5 star Pawsitive experience! Frenchies are notorious for being very stubborn when training. Theo Waffles has been in training for 3 months. Outstanding results. He is fully potty trained, he has stopped nipping, stopped jumping on people, and stopped terrorizing our smaller, senior chihuahua. We can take him out to large events and he is truly a cultivated canine. Thank you Heather and Brittany!
My pup gets so excited when we come and doesn't want to leave! Loves boarding here. We've also done their puppy training and it's so helpful in teaching you how to help and work with and understand your pup. The staff is amazing, you can truly tell they care about every dog that walks through the door. Highly recommend! ā¤ļøš¾
