Amazing experience hands down! Megan is so good at what she does! My boyfriend and I recently rescued a 2 year old pit bull who was neglected. We didn’t know what she has been through and she was coming into a family w a little shih tzu mix. Every meet and greet with our shih tzu went well and my boyfriend and I adopted this sweet pit bull! I knew we needed proper training to keep our dogs safe and obedient. We reached out to Megan for help. During the consultation, she was professional and wanted to get to know us and our dogs! She discussed her packages and we choose the the that best fit our growing family. The sessions were done in our home and that kept our dogs comfortable. We loved that! Everything she taught us was easy to follow and we never felt overwhelmed. It was amazing how knowledgeable she is and how quickly our dogs caught on. It was honestly really fun! She kept us laughing and we were learning the whole time! One of our biggest issues was a polite greeting. Our shih tzu would somehow end up on our guests hair and our pit would jump on them and would give them “love bites” (that was fixed too). Once we learned the polite greeting protocol, it’s been a game changer. Our dogs are now thinking and looking to me for permission to say “hi” to whoever walks through the door. Not only did she teach our dogs how to be well behaved but she also taught us how to interact w our dogs, and how to properly train them. She helped our pit bull acclimate to her new family, we set the ground rules with her. My shih tzu finally has manners and I’m comfortable with both dogs together because I have a set process to follow. Megan is only a phone call away, if we need her. We completed our package but we will be reaching out for anything else we want to work on. We can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for our family and I would highly recommend Megan to anyone with dogs of any age!

We hired Megan to help us with our 7 mo old lab puppy, Lucy, who has an exuberant personality. We love that Megan came to the house, and specifically addressed the issues we requested, along with other great commands to help Lucy be a good citizen. Megan followed up each session with written instructions so that we could practice between sessions, and was always available for questions. Lucy has come a long way, and we now have the tools to continue working with her throughout her life!

Megan is the absolute BEST! I first worked with her when my Labradoodle puppy was 5 months old. Now 8 1/2 months old, Bentley just spent the past week with Megan while my family and I were out of town. She worked on some specific training requests like walking on a leash without pulling me and general good behavior (he's 65 lbs and thinks he's a chihuahua, LOL!). I came home to a happy, well behaved loving puppy. Megan communicated with me throughout the entire week sending me pictures and videos of Bentley. This made my first time away from him for longer than a night a great experience and I was able to enjoy myself knowing Bentley was in the best care while I was away. I highly recommend Megan Sartori for any and all of your puppy training needs!
