Beth thank you for those kind words. We know each dog is a separate, distinct individual and their needs can't be lumped into a one-size-fits-all training system. I'm glad we were able to help both you and your pup move past your issues and live a much richer life.

Stacy, you were late and because you were not met with tea and crumpets, in your opinion you were met with anger and a cold reception? That’s funny as I’m not sure you were even here for five minutes. Yes you were20 minutes late. Yes you did call. I told you to drop the leash as you were the only one out of control. Your dog went to explore and my male guardian dog sniffed her butt – which is what polite dogs do. My comment was that I already could see the problem, and it didn’t appear to be with your dog. It was at that time you completely went over an emotional cliff and made the decision to leave. I asked you if you didn’t want to help your dog and your answer was “Not Today!”<br>You told me you have not worked in over two years and have fallen into a deep depression. That can take a toll on anyone. You said you just need training. In my brief assessment, you need more than training. You personally need help before you try training. You are not open to BEING EDUCATED in dog language and behavior. <br>The person you become in traffic, when you are hungry, when you are running late- that’s the real you. Not the curated version. Not the Sunday morning version. The stressed version. That’s the one that needs work. You need to get your nervous system out of fight or flight – you have to get yourself in the right frame of mind BEFORE you can get the relationship with your dog you desire. Right now, your dog is the one paying the price for your imbalance. <br>

HOW CUTE! Kimberly wants to start a review war. This truly is one of the most narcissistic, self-entitled individuals you will ever meet. She has no respect for you, your time, or your business. The best thing about what she does is that she is being replaced by AI and will not have the opportunity to be rude and condescending to many more people. My encounters with AI have been amazing in the politeness of their responses. Kimberly can certainly learn a thing or two from a machine that has more manners than she does. What is it with her that she can be so disrespectful of others but plays the victim when she doesn't get her way through her own neglect? When she is so rude as to show up 20 minutes late for a 30-minute appointment, not apologize, and then act like a complete idiot - screaming obscenities out the window as she drove away. No wonder she said her daughter was upset to see your mother act like a crazy person. So you can see she is a bit unhinged, and I wouldn't do business with her. Thank you for those kind words. I learned herding the hardest possible way — alone, with a book, no mentor, no community, making every mistake available to make. It cost me a decade. That experience didn't make me bitter; it made me purposeful. Every client I work with is someone I'm trying to spare from that same lonely, expensive road. My authority isn't from a certificate. It's from having been completely lost — and finding my way out anyway.
