Our dogs initial swim with Mckenzie was great she was friendly and the time we were there was enjoyable so we booked another swim. She was graduated to “pro” status so our next swim could be alone. For her second swim we were able to go to the pool area alone so we were going to make a family event out of it. We packed our 4 month old up and were excited to take our dog swimming. We were running 3 min late, our swim was at 8:30am but when I looked at their website it said they opened at 9 so I was confused and when I called to confirm at 8am they said they were trying new hours out... so I think the manager was irritated that we were late. When we got in the door with my husband, our 4 month old who was asleep in her stroller and myself we are rudely told “only 2 people allowed in the pool and children count as a person” There is nowhere on the website I could find or anything that says this rule. I really wanted my husband to take the dog then so I could stay with the baby but my husband said” I don’t know how to get back to the pool so you take the dog” the manager heard all this and turns out your first solo swim they walk you back and make sure everything is okay for the first few minutes so they could have shown my husband the pool. My husband and sleeping baby sat in the car while I took the dog swimming.... the manager was very rude and I feel could have handled the situation better. We cancelled our upcoming swim and will not be back anytime soon.
