Hi Annette, <br>We’re sorry to hear you and your pup left disappointed—that’s never the experience we want for our clients.<br><br>However, we do have a clear policy in place for accidents on the swim deck. Because the entire deck is artificial turf, it must be fully disinfected and hosed down after any incident to ensure the area is sanitary for the next swim session. This cleaning process takes time and unfortunately requires us to end the session early in order to stay on schedule for the next appointment.<br><br>In this case, no extra charges were applied and a courtesy warning was given.
