I had to give 1 star or it wouldn't let me post. This was the worst dog training practices I could had signed my dog up for. Upon completion of his Good Citizens course, we were to participate in the final exercise for completion. I never received a call back from the team. It took 6 months for me to receive a text stating they were waiting on AKC certification. 3 months later I was notified the company is now out of business due to hardships. I believe they knew this all along and took registers money in the amount of $250.00 knowing they weren't AKC certified. Now I have to find another dog training company that's more RELIABLE than this one. I regret ever being advised of this company
