Three Six Canine

At first I was very happy with Jess. My dog liked her right away and I did, too. She was great at structuring our lessons. After the first few sessions, this declined. Her communication decreased and she frequently forgot what we were working on or had no plan for our session. Then she simply stopped responding. I made multiple attempts to schedule our remaining sessions, but she never confirmed. This went on for many months, because I liked her as a person and figured maybe something was going on. Finally I requested a refund for the unused sessions. She apologized for the missing sessions, explained she had personal difficulties, and offered to do a zoom session. I declined and said please just refund me and we'll call it good. (this was again, after many months of trying to work with her and getting little to no communication or follow up from her). Once again, she went dark. Essentially, she took my money and ran. People go through difficulties, and I understand that. But when that happens you communicate about it. You certainly don't just keep your client's money for services you never rendered. Where I'm from we call that stealing. If she ever follows through and makes this situation right, I'll delete this review. If you're reading this, it's because she hasn't. Long story short - nice enough lady, good with dogs, terrible with follow through, questionable ethics.

wish I could give 10/5 stars. Jess is not only an incredible dog train but an all over amazing person. If it weren't for her I am not sure if we would have been able to keep Maui in our lives. Maui is a Dutch Shepherd-Belgian Malinois mix who came with a lotttt of baggage. We rescued her at a year old and she had extreme leash reactivity and anxiety (separation and in general). We were having to walk her early in the morning and late at night just to avoid stimulus. Jess provided us guidance and tough love (yes she trains us humans because that's the basis of all things) and gave all of us confidence! Now we can take Maui just about everywhere she is allowed :). Every day is a work in progress but Jess was supportive and truly listened to our concerns and individualized her training to fit Maui...not the other way around because as we all know no 2 dogs are a like. If you want to have that off leash life with a good canine citizen-JESS IS YOUR GIRL.

Highly recommend Three Six Canine! Jess did an incredible job with obedience training for my Doberman Draeco. Not only did she quickly teach him obedience voice and hand commands, she taught me the correct way to practice and instill her teachings on my own. I receive complements on a daily basis from other dog owners who notice how well behaved Draeco is. These trainings are for the life of the dog and are worth every penny and second of your time. I can't recommend Three Six Canine enough and have nothing but positive things to say about Jess. She certainly has a gift!
