Thriving Canine

I found Thriving Canine when I adopted my very curious, very busy adolescent dog Lola. I was literally in tears my first session, due to the fact her behavior was escalating in three weeks time + I was very overwhelmed. The staff is professional and almost always responds immediately when I’ve reached out. They offer a variety of classes and training for all levels. The grounds are very well kept. They sell collars and other items needed for training, which I appreciate because that eliminates having to go to another store and possibly buy the wrong product or the wrong size. We’ve had two sessions so far, one at the facility + one in home. That was really helpful for the issues I was having in home such as greeting guests, counter surfing, and just all around boundaries and good manners. I am blown away by the difference I see in mine and Lola‘s interactions in just two sessions. She has turned into a well mannered, respectful young girl with just a few simple tweaks. I’ve been able to step up as a stronger leader of our Girl Gang. I also read Chad‘s book on separation anxiety and it was the best $10 I’ve ever spent, full of tips that helped us continue to adjust. Chad has a great presence, very calm and able to look at the whole picture. Hes down to earth, to the point, and he’s able to explain things in a way. that’s really easy to comprehend. He obviously loves dogs, he’s very affectionate + encouraging with Lola when it’s appropriate. She adores him + hates leaving. I think their pricing is really reasonable and the fact that they will do house calls is amazing. Personally I don’t know how you put a price on having a dog that you can take anywhere and is a joy to be around and I was not having that experience without some help. I am so grateful I came across Thriving Canine, and if you’re not sure… go for it! trust me you won’t regret it!
