My husband & I took 6 private lessons with Jeremy for our 6 year old Aussie/German Shepherd mix, Lilly. Over the last few years Lilly has been very skiddish towards other animals & children which caused us to keep her sheltered away inside our home from any possible triggers. We were always on edge if she had to go somewhere where other animals or children might be around afraid that she might bite or attack them. One week while my husband & I were out of town our worst fears happened & Lilly bit a child in our family while my mom was dog sitting for us. We knew we needed to do something to be more in control of Lilly to prevent anything like this from ever happening again. That’s when we found Tip Top K9. I was worried about the idea of putting an older dog through training & worried if it would be worth the high cost associated with the training but we decided to go through with it as we felt we were running out of options. Knowing what I know now - I wish we would have done this training so much sooner. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable & an amazing trainer for Lilly. I am so thankful for all he taught her & us. I was able to take Lilly to PetSmart, Home Depot, & even to lunch with me & keep her attention away from all the distractions. I have so much more confidence in being able to control her & her being able to control herself. I would recommend this training to any and all dog owners everywhere.
Tip top k9 is a great company. We decided to go with private lessons and it did a lot to instill structure, obedience, and command over our dog. Jeremy has a lot of knowledge in this field and can help you a lot in understanding how to control your dog.
Melo came back a very well trained/behaved doggie!! Melo came back a very well trained/behaved doggie!! He used to jump on everyone, not listen, tug on the leash, break commands easily, etc. Now he listens with minimal effort and it’s so much easier to mitigate any misbehaviors. I was scared to send him off for a whole month but Jeremy was very up to date on sending pictures every Friday and letting me know what Melo learned for the week. Today was our welcome home day and Jeremy walked us through the commands with Caramelo, went pretty smooth and it gave us a sigh of relief knowing this was definitely worth it!!!! I will be sending any future furbabies to Jeremy at Tip Top K9 guaranteed!!!!!!
