Tip Top K9 Myrtle Beach Dog Training

I enrolled my hound mix, Hendrix, in Tip Top K9 training with Oliver after struggling with his anxiety and lack of training. From the very first consultation, Oliver was professional, patient, and thorough—he explained his training philosophy clearly and answered every question I had. I was initially heartbroken about Hendrix being away for an extended period, but Oliver reassured me with regular updates and videos, and he absolutely followed through. Seeing Hendrix progress from afar helped ease my worries and built trust in the process. When Hendrix graduated and came home, I was stunned—Oliver walked him up to the door without a leash and Hendrix was calm and composed. Oliver then spent a full hour walking me through the training techniques and how to maintain Hendrix’s new behavior. His dedication didn’t stop at drop-off; he made sure I felt confident continuing the work. Now, Hendrix is a completely different dog—well-behaved, responsive, and so much more at ease. I can’t recommend Tip Top K9 and Oliver highly enough. It was a transformative experience for both of us.

Oliver worked with my dog Oscar. Oscar was a very excited puppy and has been so use to pulling on the leash, jumping, and overall not listening. When we first decided to put Oscar into a training program we had many options. Our first meet with Oliver went amazing. Oscar loved Oliver from the beginning. We have taken some days to see Oscar’s new skills and they are amazing. He listens in high distraction settings, he sits, stops jumping, and controls his excitement now. If you are looking for a good reasonable trainer I recommend Oliver, he was patient and so loving to Oscar. Oliver listened to what Oscar needed and taught him that it’s okay to be excited but we have to control it and still listen. He took Oscar’s habitats and shifted them into a well trained dog that now can enjoy his life in a polite way.
