To The Point Dog Training

Tayah helped us take our giant schnauzer from a 6 month old puppy to an 8 month old wonderful family dog. We have really enjoyed the training process with her. Her knowledge of different breeds and recognizing their individual personalities makes you feel secure she knows the best techniques for your dog. We put in the work and it pays off with her direction and the tools she teaches us to use correctly. Can't recommend her more.

Our dog Sammy (a Chihuahua Shih Tzu Dachshund mix) had a pretty bad aggression problem. She would bark at other animals both in real life and on the TV screen. She would bark and growl and even nip at other people when they would try and pet her. She would go ballistic if the door bell was rung or someone knocked at the door or sometimes even if someone was just walking up the driveway! She was very territorial of her place on the couch/in bed/food. She was very territorial of anything in her mouth, and would dive for absolutely ANYTHING that fell on the floor whether it was good or not. Then Tayah came into the picture. Tayah is wicked good at what she does. She is very professional and personable from the very beginning! She walks and talks you through everything that she is going to try and accomplish with your dog. She sets reasonable expectations, always over delivering instead of over promising. She’s very diligent with her clients and dogs and keeps you updated through the whole process. She makes everything very stress free from the time she picks up your dog to the time she drops them off again! And the best part is she is always there for you and your dog even after the training is done! Tayah doesn’t just train your dog, she trains you on how to have a proper relationship with your dog. This was definitely well worth the time effort and money that we put into this. Sammy and our family and friends can’t thank you enough Tayah!

My situation was very unique coming to Tayah. I had recently moved across the country with my dog and immediately had family emergencies back on the east coast I had to run to. Being here less than a week, she was referred to me via Facebook and she was a life savor. Felix needed help adjust to our new city and I needed reminders that I’m the caption of this partnership. With some structure added to our human/dog relationship, we’ve had nothing but smooth sailing since. The board and train was incredibly necessary for us and she’s been continuously saving our butts when I have questions on the fly. Highly recommend!!

I met Tayah after interacting with some other balanced trainers in the area and she was reccomended for her boarding training service. Boy was I blown away! She is so attentive and proactive when it comes to your dog. Tayah gives it to you real and will point out whether or not she is the best fit trainer for you (which a lot of dog trainers in the Seattle area DON'T do). She puts you and your dog first and helps by pointing out how and what you can do to build your relationship with your dog. I have seen tremendous improvements with my dog and can't wait to continue working with Tayah to advocate for my dog.
