It did not take long for my puppy to gain confidence and trust Tom and other "strangers". Tom has also taught the puppy (and me) how to properly use commands. Toms gentle and patient approach has been the success of a great trainer. Tom is incredibly knowlegeable in undertanding dogs and their personalities. I highly recommend Tom to train your dog!
