Tonopaws K-9 Swim Center & Dock Diving Facility, is a North American Diving Dogs (NADD) sanctioned facility. We offer K-9 swimming from the beginner to the seasoned competitor.
We have a complete dock diving set up for you to enjoy. Air Retrieve, Extreme Vertical, Hydro-Dash Retrieve, & Dock Diving.
We specialize in beginner/puppy swim instruction to get your best friend confidently enjoying the water. We use positive reinforcement with treats, toys, & float coats.
Swimming is the best low impact exercise for older dogs to keep them in shape and moving with less pain.
Dog swimming is also great for weight loss and muscle management, conditioning, exercise, & just for fun. Appointments available 7 days a week to fit your schedule.

We completed our first assisted-swim training session at Tonopaws today with my Australian Shepherd named Butcho. He loves to retrieve and play catch but has always been very apprehensive about getting in the water and honestly, I didn’t think he was going to go in the water today (or ever). But he sure did! Dwayne and Kylie have the perfect combination of facility equipment, techniques, knowledge and experience to make his first session a success!
Butcho really enjoyed it and we’ll be back for more since he aspires to be a dock diving dog! Can’t wait for the next session.

What an amazing facility. Lots of space and amenities. Very helpful owner and fellow competitors. I am very glad we finally traveled from Montana to see for ourselves just how great this facility is.

What an oasis in the desert! Happened upon it in a search for dog fun and we found our new place for exercise and bonding! Dwayne is a great instructor, very patient and encouraging. Highly recommend to anyone in Az to check this out if you want some water fun with your dogs! You may end up with a new sport for both of you. Check it out!

We took our 9 mo old lab to Tonopaws for his first swim lesson. Dwayne was so patient with him and the facility is clean and great for exercising the pups. We will definitely be back as the weather heats up.
