He is super knowledgeable and does a fantastic job of explaining the psychology, the method and the why behind certain training techniques. He is fantastic at modeling things, and then having you practice it with your doggy. We have learned a tremendous amount from him! Highly highly recommend!

Yes. I believe they have 2 locations where there do boarding. Don't quote me on this but I think they charged me $42 per night for my dog.

I can’t say enough good things about Jeremy! I have a reactive dog who was so challenging that I had stopped walking her altogether. But after just three lessons, I saw a real difference—she was noticeably calmer, and I was finally able to walk her in my neighborhood. We encountered bikes, dogs, and even cats, and she handled it so much better than before. By her ninth session, she passed the Canine Good Citizen test, which felt like an incredible achievement. What I appreciate most about Jeremy is his approach—he ensures that the dog receives more praise and treats than corrections, creating a positive learning experience. He also makes sure the dog fully understands what’s expected before applying any corrections, which made a huge difference in my dog’s confidence and responsiveness. Training a reactive dog is a slow process, but Jeremy emphasizes the importance of building comfort in each environment before expanding the challenge. My ultimate goal is to go hiking with her, and while we’re not there yet after 10 lessons, I have no doubt we’ll get there. My dog is improving every day, and thanks to Jeremy, I now have the tools to support her progress. Highly recommend!

Top Dog is the place to go! Whether you are looking for basic dog training or advanced training like a service dog or a sport dog, they are a master at their craft! The owner Shawn is excellent at reading dogs and making the small adjustments necessary to shape behaviors and good habits!
