Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about the challenges your dogs faced during their stay, and we understand how upsetting it must have been for you. Please know that we take your concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address them. First, we want to sincerely apologize for not contacting you immediately regarding the altercation between Nipsey and Kobe. Our priority is always the safety and well-being of all the dogs in our care, and this was an oversight on our part. We understand how distressing it was to see the photos on social media before hearing from us directly. They got into the altercation sometime during the night. We had a cancellation and we were able to upgrade Kobe to a separate and larger kennel. Kobe and Nipsey did not pass our temperament assessment to be placed with other dogs. The only contact they had was with each other. Regarding Nipsey’s refusal to eat, our policy is to notify owners after two missed meals. Nipsey ate her breakfast every morning but skipped eating her dinner. This is a common behavior for some 1st time boarders. We also use treats for training when they're outdoors. We always aim to ensure that pets are comfortable and well-cared for, and we are sorry if this caused additional stress for you. We also want to clarify that Kobe was in considerable pain from her infected feet, which may have contributed to her reactive behavior toward the trainers and Nipsey. When we were made aware of this, we promptly took action, including taking her to the vet for treatment. We appreciate that you were aware of this when you dropped her off, but we were not informed , and the infection and pain she was experiencing were significant, and we wanted to ensure she received the proper care. As for the camera footage, we understand your frustration, and we apologize for any confusion. While we do have cameras in the kennel aisles, they do not cover the inside of the individual kennels. We should have explained this to you clearly when you asked, and we regret that we didn’t. We also want to acknowledge that Kobe’s initial condition contributed to her reactivity, which was something we worked through with patience and care. We understand this may have added to your concerns, and we did everything we could to accommodate both of your dogs during their stay. We wish you, Kobe, and Nipsey the best. We are sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations. While we understand your disappointment, please know that we strive to provide the best care possible, especially during busy holiday times.
