Poor customer service -- does not communicate well in regards to availability - was turned away for a tour request becuase management poorly communicated from the intake email. Wasted gas and time traveling to site.

Loki, my 9 year old Lab can be a handful, yes even at 9 years old. I have not been on a proper vacation for a long time, so when my wife and I decided to venture to Brazil for 2 weeks, I was a bit nervous. After speaking with the staff, my concerns were eased as I knew my boy was in good hands.
While there, he did have a medical event which came as a surprise to everyone, I received a call explaining the situation and a suggested course of action. Being overseas there was little I could do. Again, Jenny and the Top Dog staff stepped up going beyond the call for Loki. Today, we picked him up, healthy and very happy and I cannot express enough gratitude for the amazing care, play and training these folks did for Loki. You guys are awesome!

Penny gets very excited when we pull up to your parking lot. She always looks back as we whisk her away. We know she loves it there. Based on her recent report card, we know she is being well taken care of and loved. We thank you so much for all you do

Our wild and fully energized Aussie pup came home tired! First time to doggie daycare and first time EVER tired! A true gift to him and our family. Easy process and lots for the dogs to do while onsite!

Elodie is always super excited to go to daycare. I usually tell her the night before that she is going, and then the morning of daycare, she is antsy because she is ready to start her day! She tugs against her leash to get inside (which she rarely does otherwise). They always shower her with attention! All of the employees that I’ve met are really friendly and great with doggies. At the end of the day, Elodie is exhausted from playing with her dog mates and sleeps well that night. I love the fact that they have a Facebook page and post updates on your fur baby throughout the day. They also give a report at the end of the day when you pick your pup up so you will know what kind of day they’ve had. I’m highly pleased with Top Dog and would recommend them to anyone!
Update: 3/15/24 Elodie is still going here and extremely excited when we pull in their driveway. I wish I could add more stars to their review! This past week was Elodie’s second birthday. They threw her a little birthday pawty and gave her a doggie cookie-cake! I updated the photos to show a screenshot of a video they provided to me. I’m so pleased with their care of my fur baby ❤️
