My dog Sadie came to Jenn and her team for 5 week board and train program after another Denver dog training company made her worse. She has significant anxiety of environments, people, things, and more. The previous dog training company not only made her anxieties worse but also punished Sadie for having them with e-collars or forcing interactions. Jenn and her team came in and worked on confidence building Sadie. They loved her from where she was and truly worked to build relationships with Sadie first. This took about a week and Jenn did not charge me for that time! Extra bonus!! Once relationships were beginning to build, then the work began. Again meeting Sadie where she was at and slowly but surely teaching Sadie a foundation to confidence without fear of being hurt, abused, or forced. Her board and trains come with lifetime follow up and support once the dogs go home. I am an anxious Nelly myself and although Jenn and team has been busy they always get back to me, and support Sadie in her life long growth experience! Truly could not be higher recommended. They will work with you on payment plans if necessary, and they truly do want what is best for you as the owner and the dog in order to have a Pawsome partnership!!

I could not be more happy with the training my dog received with Jennifer and her team. Having a Belgian Malnois, I knew that the breed was very active and definitely needed to be trained so I could trust her to behave in public, be around other dogs and basic obedience. After following Jennifer’s TikTok and Instagram for a year I decided to reach out to Top Paw. After meeting my girl (Wednesday) and seeing her in her own environment we decided together that she would be perfect for the Board & Train PawPerfect Puppy Camp. While having Wednesday gone for the 3 weeks was hard one me, the team kept me updated with pics, videos and updates on how she was progressing. I got to visit once a week for training because I needed to be trained for her too. I cannot express how well behaved Wednesday is. We walk to the park off leash all the time and I try to take her almost everywhere with me. She’s well behaved, doesn’t mind other dogs and obeys commands. I also love the aftercare they provide. Whenever I have question on how to correct a new behavior issue that has come up, they either coach me thru text or I can set up a quick personal training appointment. Most people who meet Wednesday always comment on how great she is and I always recommend Top Paw K9 for any dog training.

I adopted Salem from Jen and the TopPaw crew a couple months ago. He is an absolute gem. Him being a Dutch shepherd - I knew came with the capacity to fulfill his energy and enrichment needs. But, it’s been manageable even with my FT healthcare job and being a single dog mom. He came equipped with recall, strong obedience, zero reactivity towards dogs or people, and just complete sweetness. I had a dog before him I absolutely loved but had severe aggression. I felt a bit hesitant at first honestly from those experiences and at the same time, the stigma with Dutch Shepherds. However, I was able to spend some time with him before adopting him and the crew was by my side answering my questions throughout the process. I had to get a rover sitter that ended up not working out a month into having Salem. He had untaught majority of his obedience skills and taught him to “playbite” which was frustrating and at times felt defeating. Yet, Jen, Tee, and Koz reassured me I could turn it around and sure enough we did. He’s back to trailrunning with me off-leash with the ecollar on and barely have to use a prong or lead anymore. He’s my complete sense of peace. I feel calmer, safe, and happy whenever I’m around him and miss him all day at work. I’m so happy with the support I’ve received from TopPaw and all the work they put into Salem’s training. He’s the best dog I could’ve ever asked for.

I adopted miss Rumba from the new beginnings program, and I cannot sing enough praises about Jen and her team at Top Paw. Training is continual, but Rumba has the most solid foundation. There isn’t a single place I can bring this gal where she is not confident and obedient. She has been home for right at a month and it has been the biggest privilege to watch her personality unfold. Any dog is more adoptable with basic training (rumba far exceeds basic training, and is an amazing off leash lady), and it is so amazing to see Jen’s heart for dogs through her new beginnings program. The adoption process was also seamless, and while Jen couldn’t be present her staff is clearly just as well put together and pleasant to interact with. I will be a client for life and will without hesitation reach out to Jen again if I ever decide to bring another dog home, and I will always recommend them to anyone else.
