Top Paw K9 Academy

We are about a month and a half post board and train for our aggressive mini Aussie. Trusting Jennifer and the entire Top Paw crew with our boy is the greatest decision we could have made. Before going I was terrified to take our dog out for a walk much less in public. Since we were taught how to respect his boundaries we are able to take him on hikes and have him in our crowded lobbies without the fear of him flying off the handles and trying to attack. Our bond has grown more than I could have ever imagined and we owe it all to top paw!

We are incredibly grateful to have found Top Paw K9 Academy. Our rescued black lab mix began showing aggression toward other dogs, and as a family we were terrified we might have to make an impossible decision. After five weeks with Jen and her exceptional training team, Cody came home with remarkable skills — and we now have the tools to keep him and other dogs safe. Jen’s thoughtful, insightful approach helped us understand the root of Cody’s behavior, and her clear explanations gave us confidence throughout the process. Thanks to this training, Cody can now join us on camping trips and be a fully included member of our family. The communication, updates, and coaching we received from start to finish were outstanding. We cannot speak highly enough of this organization.

Jennifer is an exceptionally knowledgeable dog trainer who demonstrates expertise, compassion, patience, and genuine dedication in her work with both dogs and their owners. Through her board-and-train program, as well as follow-up sessions in our home, she provided thoughtful, consistent, and highly skilled support. With her guidance, our dog has made remarkable progress from being highly reactive to becoming a more confident, calm, and well-regulated companion who is able to enjoy the world around her. We are incredibly grateful for Jennifer’s support, both in helping us reach this point and in continuing to guide us as our dog grows and progresses.

Jennifer and her team at Top Paw K9 Academy truly care about the dogs they're training and the families they're working with. When my dad moved in with his dogs, our household went from calm to chaotic fast. The dogs didn't get along, and we had some scary fights before we knew what we were dealing with. We started working with Top Paw in October, and they've been with us every step of the way, helping us understand pack dynamics, adjust how we manage the dogs together, and build better habits across the whole household. What I appreciate most is that they didn't just work with the dogs, they worked with us. Managing multiple dogs with a history of conflict is stressful, and Jennifer's team gave us real tools and real confidence.
