Jen and her team are absolutely phenomenal. I’ve brought my dog Hudson into them twice now. Once when he was about 16 weeks or so for basic obedience, and then again at almost 10 months for her master class. She gave him a wonderful platform and foundation to start which we made great progress with keep as he grew older. Unfortunately my Hudson got sick with Pneumonia at around 4-5 months old in his prime social development age and I regressed in his training due to him having to be quarantined for a long time. It became him getting SO excited when he would see another dog or person that I couldn’t control him. So I brought Hudson back for her master class. Jen and her team really help solidify that foundation he already had but also got him to focus on ME instead of everything little thing around us. I went from being knocked over multiple times trying to take him on a walk with his jumping at other people and dogs to being able to walk my dog single handed with him in a perfect heel around a dog park. They care so much about your dog and Hudson LOVES going to training. I will forever bring my dogs to TopPaw and will forever recognize them for their wonderful training and recommend them to anyone I can.

We sent our dog to Jennifer at Top Paw for a behavior correction. She restored her food motivation for training. She now looks forward to our training sessions. Our dog would constantly pull on the leash, but now she walks in a perfect heel. She was very reactive to other dogs and people, but now she’s calm around them. She used to body slam people that came over to our house, but now she stays in place until we release her. The fact that Jennifer was able to correct these behaviors force-free meant everything to us. Thanks to Jennifer and her team, we get to have the life we wanted with our baby girl!

Picked up my boy Cosmo a few days ago from puppy bootcamp board and training. He was a stubborn young fella, so thankfully Jennifer and her crew were willing to keep Cosmo an extra week free of charge to ensure that Cosmo retained the training. I am no expert in the field of dog training but John and Jennifer did really great at training me and really dumbed it down for me, which I appreciated. I felt pretty confident going home with Cosmo but feel even more comfortable knowing that they are willing to work with me and answer my questions even after the training program. Only 1 con that I will speak about and literally nobody is to blame. This is just a warning for puppy owners. Expect your puppy to smell like pee during the training process. For one, your puppy is most likely going to have nervous pee. Your puppy will almost definitely have excited pee when you come to visit them once a week for your hands on training. Your puppy will almost certainly sit and step in their own pee, it just happens so quickly. Mind you, Cosmo was potty trained going into puppy bootcamp. So don't get upset, it is to be expected. The facility is well kept and cleaned. Dogs just accidently pee in a new environment especially when they are puppies. Thankfully they have a wonderful dog groomer on site. I scheduled Cosmo to be groomed the day I picked him up. I'm a satisfied customer. Dog owners, you have to be serious about keeping up with the training when you get your dog home. Do not fall back into old habits. Otherwise, it was all for nothing.
