I recently sent my dog, Pippin, to the 3-week Board and Train program at Top Tier K9 York PA, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I sent my 4 mo old golden retriever puppy to training with Kevin at Top Tier K9 in January. He was your typical young age puppy with no training nor was he house broken upon entering the program. I was a little apprehensive about sending him away at such a young age and being away from him so soon, but I’m very happy that I did. Kevin is very patient, attentive and thorough in each of his training exercises. During our demonstrations to train us as well, our puppy was very responsive to the commands in such a short amount of time. When we brought him home not only was he disciplined to commands, he was also potty trained which was unexpected and a huge bonus. We could now walk him controllably on a leash wheras before he just wanted to fight it. Our puppy is about 8 mos old now and a big goof ball because we spoil him, but he still responds to all commands. I highly recommend this training program.
