Our 3-week Stay and Train program where your dog stays with one of our trainers. We provide the home environment to teach them home manners and go out on field trips every 2-3 days for effective community manners. Last year, I signed up for 4 private sessions for a total of $400. The purpose of the training was to work on my dog’s leash reactive behavior. I found the sessions to be completely unhelpful and overpriced. The trainer never explained the importance of positive reinforcement and didn’t even show me how to use treats to reinforce positive behaviors. Not once did he tell me to use treats for training. My dog did not improve at all and I felt defeated.
This year, I decided to give dog training another go and took my dog to Teamworks dog training leash reactive dog training for 6 sessions for a total of $175. The training was amazing and made such a difference! I wish I had received such a training last year, as topline did not provide me with any beneficial tools and ultimately my dog spent an entire year with me reinforcing his negative behaviors.
Lastly, topline was in support of me using a prong collar on my dog. I thought it was my only option. I used a prong on him for a year and felt so badly but thought there was no other choice. Teamworks dog training doesn’t allow prong collars and my dog is doing perfectly fine without one. I was very disappointed in the training topline k9 provided me and I feel I was completely overcharged.

We have taken two classes with Topline K9. We had our one-year-old in Leash Manners as well as Home Manners. Both instructors were great and so patient with our high energy enthusiastic puppy. Our goal is to have him pass CGC class and this is a great start!

Would highly recommend their training services. I noticed a difference just after one class and it has really improved my dog's behavior. Lisa had a great sense of humor and made class fun.
