Keep in mind, owner participation and consistency with following the training plan are essential to maintaining the results, and Topline provides support and endless resources to make that possible.

I wouldn't say my experience was bad, they were always willing to help. My negative review is purely a result of value for money. My goal with my first puppy was to pay a very pretty penny for a huge head start with training. Looking back on it, I should have gone the normal route and taken the classes for a FAR cheaper price. Over time, that results in a well trained dog. Almost a year later, we're getting there on our own. I feel my investment was wasted. Like I said though, nice people.

We have an 80 lb lab mix who is very anxious as he lived the first year of his life in a shelter. We live a distance from Durham/Raleigh so we had a zoom meeting with Mark who helped us understand what Sammy is going through and gave us recommendations for how we can help Sam overcome his fear and start adapting to family life. Both he and Sylvie both were caring and thoughtful to us and our dog Sam.
