Torpedo K9

Recommendations may come in many forms, but when two colleagues unsolicited tell you they had the best experience with Torpedo K9 - you listen closely… and we’re so glad we did! Fozzie is a member of our family, alongside three children under 10. He deserves to have a foundation that we can build upon from a puppy to adult. We now know he’s positioned to work within our guardrails and our children are safer around him as grows (big) up! I cannot say enough about Nathan and Lynda’s professionalism and passion for this work. The updates throughout boarding and constant communication was terrific. It’s now on us to remain consistent, but we would have never made it this far without this investment. Very grateful.

We love Torpedo K9! We came to this company through a very close friend who knew the family that runs this business. Torpedo K9 really works with you and your dog because they genuinely want you both to be successful. We had our dog with them for 3 weeks and we got amazing feedback and videos. We felt very comfortable with them working with our boy. When we came for the human training part, they gave us resources for success prior to the training. Then visual and in person reinforcement of the training skills. They provide you with the tools you need to be successful with your dog and you can tell they want you to be successful. We really appreciate Torpedo K9 and we hope our next visit is so we can show off our skills with our dog! Torpedo K9 is good for you if you are working with an animal that needs more consistency and you’re not sure how to implement that. They will give you the tools for you and your dog to be successful however it only works if you work it. Thank you Nathan and Linda you guys are truly amazing at what you do and we hope to show off Duncan’s skills to you one day soon! Nathan and Linda were incredible to work with. Very thorough in training not only our dog, but our family as well. Their approach is easy to understand and so effective. It’s truly eye opening when you remember to train your dog like an animal instead of like a human. (Which sounds like a no-brainer, but really isn’t) The facility is beautiful and so clean and well maintained. We are so excited to continue training Valen at home and move forward with our very well behaved pup. Thanks for everything!

This weekend the pups had a brush ( thank God a light one) with a skunk. We went to tractor supply to use the washing facilities because Josie has a lot of hair. While waiting a VERY large fury dog lunged at us from a distance and his collar came off. I was by myself with both dogs and I simply stood my ground slightly in front and asked them to stay. They shuffled a bit as the dog came running down the aisle snarling but did not reciprocate. He stopped when he faced me and his owner ( scared to death) ran and got him and off they went with out a word. Thank you so much for teaching them to listen and to be non reactive when I'm not. We have gone to other trainers in the past and not get what we were looking for for our dogs. . We met with Nathan and Linda and were blown away with their knowledge and love for what they do for our pets. The info we got has been so very helpful. They gave us so much information and the training videos were amazing and we can access them at anytime to brush up on things we might have forgotten. We have so much praise for what they did to help with our Ellie and seeing what she does at home. Any time we have a question ,Nathan responds. Would highly recommend Torpedo K9 training hands down.
