Total Dog with Julie Bennett

My wife and I recently got a Corgi puppy, and he is the first dog for either of us. Naturally we were feeling overwhelmed upon getting him, and I reached out to Julie. From the initial phone call, her passion and dedication were evident. She expressed her excitement at working with a Corgi, and came over to our house for a private session. She introduced us to a few toys that have helped to keep our puppy occupied when needed, and also give him the mental exercises he needs. We signed up for a 3-hour package, and are eagerly awaiting our next session. We feel so much better since meeting Julie, and look forward to making even more progress with our puppy.

Julie was amazing. We have a highly reactive border collie with a high prey drive that we thought would never settle when cars passed. Julie spent so much time really listening and diagnosing, she really made us feel like she heard our unique situation and was willing to work through it with us. Other trainers we met with suggested one size fits all solutions. Joe came up with a plan four our family and specific animal. One session and he was able to stay while cars passed. She really is amazing!!!

As a first-time dog owner, I was looking for some basic training for both my one-year old Cockapoo and my family with three young boys. I found Julie through our local school district's enrichment brochure. I valued the credibility her lengthy relationship with the district brought to my decision to work with her. I was also excited to find out that Julie offered multiple at-home training options too. It was important to me that the entire family be part of the training and to have Julie come out to our home for our sessions was not only incredibly convenient but also family focused. Julie is knowledgeable, easy-going yet professional, and taught us practical strategies we could implement immediately. Julie was great with our dog, as well as with my kids, and I highly recommend her services. I'm beyond pleased with our decision to move forward with professional dog training with Julie. Best of all, I have new dog mom peace of mind that if I called on Julie down the road with training questions she wouldn't hesitate to help.
