Would you like a calm and obedient canine? Look no further than my 25 years of dog training, which has included potty training, basic, intermediate and advanced canine training. I started canine training in the military, after my military retirement, I was hired as a canine training instructor for the Department of Homeland Security. I only use positive re-enforcement training and motivation techniques to ensure your pet understands and learns the desired behavior. My services do include an free initial consolation at a place of your choice. Sessions will be conducted in 1 hour blocks. The hour is broken down as follows: 3 instruction segment's of 10 minutes of training with a 5 minutes recovery period for the dog.

My Lady is a Shepard Mix who was adopted from SNIPSA. She is very shy hiding behind furniture do to her early maltreatment. She would never let us pet her and is scared and shakes when humans approach her. Travis has come to my home three times and she is making progress! She lets us pet her and now jumps up on my bed and is not so afraid of me and the goings on in the household. She no longer spends all her days behind the couch!! Today was our first dog training class. I was very happy with the progress my dogs did today. I honestly didn't know what to expect but Travis worked with them and i was happy with the outcome. Travis helped me understand it takes consistency with training and i need reinforce that in a positive way. I look forward to future classes.
