FirstBarkRachel did a fantastic job training my American Bully/Pit Bull Terrier. He’s a highly driven and excitable dog, and I didn’t know where to start in training him on my own. The trainer (Tina) didn’t show up, call, or text at the scheduled appointment time. My time is valuable too. They rescheduled twice due to a family emergency and then a COVID infection which I understood. Then, on the third scheduled appointment Tina didn’t show up, call, or text with a third cancellation. I was never offered a new trainer as it seems that Tina is not reliable. You have let me down 3 times now-3 strikes, you’re OUT. Your Company has delayed my training by one month now. Mora talks a good game but no one else in the company has followed through.
If I could, I would give them more stars. I honestly didn’t know what to expect but my whole week experience with our trainer, Rachel, was perfect. It didn’t take long for my dog to just adore her and listen to all her commands. When it came time for me to take the reins, she made the transition easy and seamless. Both my dog, Cash, and I had a great time learning from her.
Mara and her staff are exceptional trainers who combine deep knowledge of canine psychology with proven, science-based methods. Their focus on obedience training is both clear and effective, and they always take the time to explain the principles behind each step so owners understand the ‘why’ as well as the ‘how.’ My dog’s progress has been remarkable. Don’t take your dog anywhere else!
