I've had the best experience I could have ever hoped for with this company. I found an amazing trainer Tina Chavez who has helped not only my dog but me work through some difficult situations and circumstances and it has meant the world to me to have her support. If you're ever looking for any level of training for your pup, this is a great place to start. They have a variety of trainers that specialize in different areas of training, but all of which will not give up on you or your dog. I came to Traction//Tina for help with my reactive dog, and I have never felt so supported and most importantly SAFE. I knew I was safe, I knew my dog was safe, and I knew everyone else in the room was also safe. I am currently still with Traction and have fallen in love with the whole process to the point I hope to train dogs professionally in the future. And they have even been super helpful with that too!

I had a great experience with Traction Training. I have two big dogs that had some similar and some different training deficiencies. Eric helped me adjust how I approached training them according to their specific needs. His perspective and advice helped me learn to stay calm in situations that previously made me anxious. My dogs really took to him and were excited for their training sessions.

I went with Traction Dog and my training was done with Eric. He was great with my dog and with me. He teaches you how to handle any situation and how to g t out of a situation you may or might have with your pup. He is a wealth of information and knowledge on what works and what doesn’t work . He is very patient and easy to understand.! I would highly recommend Eric if you need help with behavioral issues or any habits you want to break with your dog. He is the one you want.! We worked with Eric Knierim and had the best experience! Eric is so knowledgeable, approachable, patient and really good at his craft. Our dog, Tilk’s behavior has improved so much since the start of our training with Eric. I also learned so much about Tilk, what he needs and how to communicate with him which has built and instilled a deeper level of trust, both ways. Very grateful we decided to go with Traction Training and Eric! If you’re on the fence (pun intended) highly recommend!
