We recently added a new puppy to our home. We were only familiar with larger breeds, so we were a little apprehensive on how training a toy breed would go. We decided on homeschool, and we had Eric as our trainer. He was truly amazing and has laid the groundwork for us with ease. Eric was wonderful with our 7 yo as well, patiently teaching him and the rest of our family as he ran through what they worked on for the week. We are so thankful for Eric and the transformation in our puppy. He has him walking and heeling on a leash already! We look forward to continuing our training sessions with Eric and wholeheartedly recommend him for any puppy or future puppy owners!

We worked with Eric, our German Shepherd had some pretty bad barking alongside of our fence anytime someone with a dog walked by on the path. Within just two sessions, our Dog was responding well and very much under control with his tips and training. After our package was up, we were able to take what he taught us and apply it regularly. Our dog is happy and A lot of ways, our dog seem to enjoy the brain stimulation and training. She learns really fast!

Our experience with Eric continues to be phenomenal. He has incredible experience as a trainer for the military and his methods are endless. He assesses the issue and the owner/dog relationship with his vast knowledge. Eric has become part of our family and our Great Pyrenees loves learning and his time with Eric. Class act with fabulous results!

We love working with traction! We work with Will and Eric who both have kept our sessions fun and entertaining. We also boarded with Traction and had an amazing experience, our dog had so much fun she didn’t want to come home! The events are also really fun. We love the challenges.

We've been dealing with reactivity in our girl Luna for a few years due to isolation from Covid and an ACL surgery. We worked on training with help from online resources, but nothing helped us make meaningful progress until we worked with Victoria from Traction Dog Training. While Luna still has room for more progress, we saw amazing change in her leash reactivity, responsiveness to commands, and most importantly our bond and trust with her. We chose the Tutoring package because we wanted to be hands on with the process and to ensure we were learning as much as she was. I think we might've seen quicker and more transformative progress with Homeschool, but with the tutoring program, we now have the tools to continue her training on our own and can always request extra sessions with Victoria as we need them in the future. I highly recommend Traction if you're looking for great, compassionate trainers who are invested in you and your pup!
