The whole process of setting up our dog for boarding was amazing. the verbiage on their website stating that they believe that aggressive or dangerous dogs are important Was encouraging to Us. We no longer felt embarrassed about how our dog behaved, but knew that with just a little training He could be an amazing dog. we were able to easily get them the vaccination records via text because our vet possibly didn’t get it sent out to them on time. We also appreciated the cost of the stay which was extremely feasible for our budget and we knew they were giving way more value for the nightly boarding. ( compared to others who charged way more but would not give as much value). You’re confidence to engage with our dog helped us to feel at peace and the no contact method we thought was genius! Because everywhere else that we called said that our dog needed to be trained in order to be boarded and it just felt very hopeless to ever be able to go away somewhere and have our dog in a safe place for a long period of time. And also know that the people caring for him would also be safe. The drop off process was very streamlined and simple. We feel that.Mara exuded a confidence about her that caused our dog to not be too stressed about her presence, but he was more interested in sniffing around as we walked him to his kennel, which was very peaceful for us. He barked very aggressively at her from within the car, but she didn’t seem phased at all unlike others who flinch and behave very afraid, even though they work with animals on a regular basis. We especially loved the report cards that were sent to us every few days of his activity and the notes sharing how he was doing with his eating and moving about his kennel. Those were very endearing and it put our hearts at peace while we were away..thank you thank you thank you for making this service available to the world.
