Trails For Tails

We are so happy and can’t recommend Shraggy enough! We have a Central Asian Shepherd puppy, which is an uncommon breed for the States, a giant (and stubborn) livestock guardian dog. This is a very serious breed and a lot of responsibility, so of course we want (AND NEED) to do everything right with her training. Well, Shraggy had already worked with this breed amongst a very wide variety of other breeds. We have been working with him weekly for a month and a half now and our dog, Luna, my husband & I have learned SO MUCH. Shraggy is incredibly professional, thorough and knowledgeable. As he trains Luna he explains every little detail along the way, not just the how, but the WHY. He also thinks of variations of every situation that could potentially happen with canine behaviors. We have a lot to work on (we have kids, cats, and live in a high dog population neighborhood, and I 100% credit Shraggy with us getting a grip on our wonderful and powerful dog. On top of the wonderful training, Shraggy’s boarding service is excellent and exactly what we were looking for! Trusting who you leave your pup with when you are away is EVERYTHING. Luna absolutely LOVES Shraggy so dropping her off was a breeze with no heart-sinking goodbyes because she was just so excited to see him again. We got lots of updates and videos, so we saw she had a BLAST while she continued her behavioral training there. Luna will always stay at Trails for Tails when we need to leave and continues to enjoy her weekly training at our own home.

I had such a great experience working with Shragi from trails for tails He was always quick to respond when I needed help and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that he really knows his stuff. He was also incredibly patient and gentle with my dog, which meant a lot to me. You can tell Shragi truly cares about the dogs he works with. Highly recommend!
