Glenn and Heather were patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel judged. They helped me understand why my dog was reacting the way he was and gave me practical tools that actually work. Because of their guidance, I feel so much more confident handling my dog, and the improvement in his behavior has been amazing. They truly care about both the dogs and the owners, and it shows in the way they teach and support you through the process.
