Train Pro Dogs

Marissa Darr is such a talented trainer. Her knowledge is top notch and the way she interacts with the dogs is truly an art. We are truly grateful for her and the transformation she has developed in our pack. Our puppy and our 6 year old dog attended the board and train program at different times and worked on their separate training issues and anxieties. They practice their new skills daily and enjoy the freedom their training brings. And our senior chihuahua now takes private lessons at our home. Old dogs can learn new tricks!

Leo our 6 month old Sheltie had the dangerous habit of wanting to chase and “herd” cars and trucks. This is natural for his breed. He also needed training on various commands especially helping him obey and control his puppy energy which is limitless. Marissa was phenomenal with Leo! I cannot say enough adjectives to describe how we are ecstatic about the Leo we received at graduation. We missed him terribly but it was so worth it. Marissa clearly cares very much for her “students” and I would recommend her with my strongest possible endorsement. My wife and I were probably not as quick to learn the training as Leo was but Marissa was very patient with us. We do not live locally or we’d have Leo back for post graduate work. Do yourself and your pet a huge favor and have Marissa work her magic.

Honey and I just completed a group class at the Lucky Puppy Daycare & Grooming. It was great. Small class, close to home. The small class was great for my anxious pup. Liz was very knowledgeable, had great suggestions that really work. Not everything is done with treats. Treats work, but as she said, you don't always have them. Honey has a lot of anxiety that may never go away due to past history. Liz helped me with ways to lessen them. I highly recommend Train Pro Dogs for you puppy training.
