Train Walk Poop

We did our assessment day recently at TWP and it was great! All of the staff that we interacted with during drop-off and pick-up were helpful and caring. My conversation and tour of the facility with Hali Bennett, one of the dog trainers was thorough and accommodating. I spoke with another Hayle on the phone several times to learn of feeding options, crate options, and medication needs that are specific to my pups so I’m happy to know my dogs will be boarded safely and well-cared for while we’re away.

I came across TWP after adopting a Great Dane puppy. While I have been a fur parent before, I needed to make sure that this gentle giant and I had the proper education so I wouldn’t worry about visitors to our home or simply walking around the neighborhood. I am so grateful that I chose to make the call. Niko, Haley at the front desk and Dustin the kennel tech have been a godsend! The kind and thoughtful training approach has helped me be a better fur parent and I know my sweet Gary is better each day he spends with the team. We have completed our polite puppy program and now are part of the doggy daycare scholar program. The report cards detail the care and attention my puppy gets away from me. I can’t thank them enough for the support and training.

I am so thankful for Kristen and TWP!! I have a 3 year old, 80lb lab that would pull me everywhere and now she walks right by my side. Shes gotten so much better at calming down when she gets excited and Kristen was great about helping me understand how I can continue her training. I saw so much growth in one month!! Davey, my dog, would be so excited every time we pulled into the lot. I loved the report cards Kristen would send every day were super detailed and helpful in me continuing daveys training at home. All in all, I’m so glad I chose TWP to help Davey and I in her training.

It was incredibly refreshing to have our concerns validated by someone who genuinely understood Blue's specific anxieties and patterns from spending daily time with him. By the end of the program, the results were undeniable. Blue is still the happy, fun-loving dog we adore, but now he has an amazing foundation of obedience and self-regulation that has significantly improved his anxious tendencies. We could not be more grateful for the care and expertise of Kristen and the entire team. We will use Train Walk Poop for all of Blue's daycare and boarding needs with complete confidence and wholeheartedly recommend them.
