Jeannette understands dogs (and people :) ) and she knows how to help both become a team that can work together and do things together. Within the first training session, I and my newly 1.5 yr adopted stray dog were walking together without pulling and lunging. Jeannette teaches us so many aspects of what constitutes being in public w your dog. Highly recommend!!

We had a very good experience. My cousin told me “the dog has all day to think about training me and I only have a few hours a day to train her”. Lol. Jeanette explained how I can communicate better with my dog. This really helped. Gracie is a 1 1/2 year old puppy with a lot of energy. Our class went to Home Goods and Gracie shopped like a pro! I would not have attempted this 6 weeks ago. I highly recommend Jeanne Vivian and the team.
The daycare is a wonderful place for your dogs to spend their time amongst their friends. The staff is very caring and professional. Jeannette is truly the best trainer around! Robin has created a home away from home for your precious pups!

Jeanette stepped in to help our newly adopted Lab receive the house training he needed. We tried to train him on our own but after many failed attempts and a lot of headaches later, we decided to go with a professional who could teach us how to train him. Within 5 minutes, he started to learn boundaries with our other dog which was high priority for us. She was also able to teach crate commands quickly and efficiently which is something we were never able to do on our own—needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised. The biggest takeaway we got from Jeanette is the things WE were doing wrong as owners. Dogs learn in a specific way and with the correct training, they are eager to please. I can’t say enough good things about Jeanette!!
