There's not enough words to describe how thankful we are for Jamie and her team! We have two large dogs (Huck and Archie), one that is slightly dog reactive, and another that has a bite history with humans, and both are generally a bit skittish around new people/places. So needless to say finding a place where we feel comfortable boarding them has been challenging. Training Wheels goes above and beyond with the level of care they provide. We board them ~5 times/year and every time they remember all their little quirks. For example, they get really nervous having their harnesses taken off and having the training leashes put on, so Jamie adjusted their routine so they can keep their leashes on to make the transfer process less stressful. Another time Archie got sick on his last day there. Jamie was gone when we picked him up, but she went out of her way to call the next day to check on him and see how he was doing. I could do on and on. Truly Training Wheels and their services have changed our lives and the lives of our dogs. We appreciate everything they do so much. Plus they send pictures of the dogs when they're not too busy :)

Excellent facility with amazing play yards and a team who really cares for each dog. Also really easy to book online services and responsive to any questions I’ve had. We've been boarding our very anxious ridgeback with Training Wheels for close to a year and are very pleased with the play yards, attention to each dog (especially sensitive guys like our Roscoe), and how easy the staff is to work with. It’s nearly impossible to find anywhere to board Roscoe because of his temperament, but the team was so kind and understanding of his needs. He has a rough past and is generally doesn’t trust anyone except me and my husband, but a couple of trainers have gained his trust and I never worry about leaving him there. I recommend Training Wheels for any dog that needs to be boarded, but especially for sensitive or anxious dogs. They’ve been a life saver for us.
