Training With Kindness

There's seriously not enough nice things I can say about our experience with this company so far. We adopted a puppy for the first time a few months ago with no prior experience and wanted to make sure we were starting good habits early. Cheryl and Training With Kindness came highly recommended, both from friends and strangers, so we quickly registered for Level 1 classes. Cheryl was wonderful answering questions up front, helping us select the best class for our pupper's needs, and was super fast at responding. Best decision we've ever made! Our puppy Zoey has learned so much, and Cheryl makes it easy and fun for both owner and pet. She's been doing this for so long that she can read a dog and their breed as soon as they walk in. When we are working on a certain behavior, she will make breed call-outs and tailor recommendations based on those breeds and/or expected problem areas. We receive homework sheets so we can help remember the instructions at home. It's honestly not only helped in building my relationship with Zoey, but also with my older dog, Scooby, as we try some of the techniques with him. We are on track to train Zoey for Therapy, but Cheryl also offers classes for Agility, Search, K9, etc. Excited to continue our training journey. One other thing to note - People think training is so insanely expensive, so they never investigate, but TWK's pricing is beyond reasonable (and to me a steal - shh!) JUST GIVE THEM A CALL TODAY - Trust me!

I'm suprised to see there aren't reviews on Google for Cheryl. Shes great! My dog always listens to her and she has a lot of fun different classes available- everything from basic training to nose work and agility, and more. I know she offers private lessons, which I wish I could do, and also trains for special tasks (like therapy dog). I did four different courses with her over a couple years, and they were all worth it. My dog was terrified of everything when I adopted her, but Cheryl and her classes allowed me to build a trust and my dog's confidence was quickly increasing. I'm so thankful for her training. P.S. she also trains the human when we are not training their dog properly- Thank you Cheryl!
