Tri Canine Campus

Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to train their puppies. On to our third puppy training class and could not be more pleased with the results. Our trainer, Jule, has been great to work with. She has kept the class fun and engaging, really making sure everyone understands how and why we do the drills we do with the dogs. The day care classes have also been a great addition to help have constant, consistent training for our puppy. Very happy to have found this place!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPPY HERE. I brought my mini schnauzer Boss here when he was a puppy, and they put all of their puppies in prong collars. He did not need a prong collar, and as soon as we started using it he developed dog reactivity. At the suggestion of Tri-Canine, I continued to use the prong collar, but all that did is continue to create negative associations (PAIN) any time he saw another dog. I have spent YEARS trying to regain my dog's trust and help him overcome his reactivity. I started working with a positive reinforcement trainer, and they've helped a lot. I only have one regret in my life, and that's bringing my new puppy to this place. If you are not educated, do not let these people try to convince you that prong collars are necessary for puppies.

Mike, Jule, and the entire staff at Tri Canine are the real deal! Our lab puppy just finished their puppy course and the difference is night and day. I've had dogs my whole life but I've never had a dog that is this well trained at such a young age. We also regularly utilize their doggy daycare, where they not only look after our pup while we work, but also reinforce his training and get him used to taking commands from other people. If you are getting a puppy, I highly recommend Tri Canine to help you help your pup become a star canine.

My almost 4-year-old German Shepherd, Taco, started with Tri Canine about a year ago, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this program. My dog came to me with almost no real-world exposure and zero positive interaction with other dogs. He was highly reactive at times, and escalating toward aggression. I was confident that he would remain that way and I would simply be learning more management techniques; I have never been so happy to be wrong. Within the first three months, the transformation was incredible. He was like a different dog. The Tri Canine team went above and beyond, showing so much kindness, patience, and a willingness to tailor their approach to my dog’s unique needs. Their teaching style is calm, clear, and supportive, which made me feel empowered rather than overwhelmed. I always felt welcome and never judged, even when my dog’s behavior was at its worst. They understand that training is as much about the owner as the dog, and I walked away from every session more confident and informed. Today, my dog can go nearly anywhere and behave like a model citizen. Tri-Canine has given both of us so much more freedom and peace of mind. He’s happier. I’m happier. We are lifelong clients.

My Dutch Shepard has been training with the Tri Canine staff since 4 months of age with the target result of achieving Service animal certification. She has shined through every course that Tri-Canine has offered. More importantly is that I learned all the behaviors I have been performing incorrectly and how to correct them. The service dog program is so impressive in observing the skills my dog is capable of. Between Tri-Canine and two other outside trainers, she attends Service Dog related training, 6 days a week but no other program comes close to the time and effort that the Tri Canine staff gives to my dog. Their care and compassion for their clients and animals is unmatched. The facility is sterile and spotless before every evolution and the safety protocols to keep every dog and owner safe is impressive. Not to mention the cohesiveness and friendships amongst clients in training works very well too. My dog loves going there and it’s comforting to see the smiles and open arms to her every time she is there. Overnight or daily boarding is also excellent and highly recommended I have 30 years in Law Enforcement/Military and protection work training near or working closely with working and service animals. I have worked with excellent as well as terrible handlers through the years and can assure you that you can't go wrong with Tri-Canine. They work magic with these dogs and adapt to any level of training or lack thereof that your dog may have.
