Eddie and Shannon are amazing at what they do. Eddie was extremely methodical in explaining his process and was very communicating during the whole time our dog was with him. The key element that Eddie instilled in our dog was instructional control, we've been able to maintain all the skills Eddie taught our dog and taught newer things via practice and reinforcement. The whole family contributes towards the training, it feels safe to have your dog go for a few weeks in a loving and caring environment. Highly recommend for your dog training needs. We brought our 7 month old Cane Corso for a board and train, and had the best experience possible! We never formally trained any of our previous dogs, because we were never able to find someone like Eddie... He is a complete professional. Starts with trust, and the boarding is like home away from home. Lupe’s obedience and commands on return are impressive. 100% recommend to anyone who is interested in having a well trained dog!!

When I had been fostering Lady for over a year, a devastating incident changed everything. Both Lady and another dog in my care broke out of their wire kennels—a design I would never buy again—and Lady broke my other dog’s neck when I was not home. My other dog passed away on the way to the hospital, making it the worst Christmas Eve I’ll ever remember. I was in the process of saying my final goodbyes and even took Lady for her farewell walk on the beach as she was to be euthanized. Lady is tough, hardheaded, and stubborn. Eddie came to my home for consultation and observed that she was not human aggressive towards him. Lady had potential, and we worked with her to bring out the best in her. The training with Triumph K9 broke down her barriers and gave her a second chance. Through Eddie’s board and train program, she underwent a significant transformation. Her progress has been meaningful: she now walks past other dogs without incident—without lunging or showing aggression—which is something I never would have dared to do before. She still needs to be an ONLY dog (one dog household). I take her on walks fully equipped with all the tools and guidance that Eddie instructed me to have. Do not cut corners. Do not be cheap. Get the exact make and model of everything he recommends—just follow the Amazon links he gives you. I go out prepared, and during our walks, if I see another dog approaching, I check Lady ahead of time to ensure she knows she has to stay in line. We safely walk past other dogs without letting them influence her progress. The kennel Eddie recommended is perfect for her, as Lady’s problem was never chewing her way out of kennels, but bodily force on all 4 sides of the kennel. I remain vigilant: if she ever slips up, I check her immediately and hold her accountable. For her continued progress, I keep her away from my other foster dogs because she truly needs to be an only dog and does not need to be influenced. I wish I could afford for every single one of my dogs to be enrolled in Triumph K9’s 3 week board and train. The rest of the work is on me now—I MUST continuously reinforce the foundation Eddie helped me build. Eddie also assured me that whoever adopts Lady will have access to his lifetime resources. He confirmed she is adoptable. If she’s adopted out of state (with his gas and travel expenses covered), he’ll be there to support her new family should it ever be needed. I remain hopeful that Lady will find her forever home, and I’m grateful for the significant transformation and hope that Triumph K9’s training has given her. As Eddie told me, when it comes to Lady in the presence of other dogs, he warned “Don’t get cocky”. That’s so true—it stuck with me. I make sure to never be. I understand my responsibility to enforce the guidelines. My thoughts before I take Lady on our morning walks are the following: “there will be Law.. and order”. It is what she needs. No exceptions.
