Shane is the best! He took my 3 dogs, 2 labs and a husky, and taught them manners, how to walk on a leash and most importantly how to be a pack. He spent a week of board and training with them and worked wonders. He sent videos every day and kept in touch daily with their progress. He helped get them acclimated to their new home and has been available to help me when I have needed guidance. I am so pleased with my dogs now. We found out about Shane with Troubled to Trained through our vet and are so glad we did. Shane was very responsive to messages and we were able to set up a private training session with all our dogs at our home. In one session we were able to accomplish so much, including getting our dogs to come, leave it, not bark when people come to the house, and also ease some anxiety for one dog when traveling. We realized after the session we hadn’t gone over all the things we wanted to work on, so Shane called and offered to come back the following evening. We greatly appreciate his professionalism, and knowledge to help us get our dogs trained. We highly recommend him!
