The first thing I will say is Bobby is a man upstanding character. He is honest, fair and has a nack for a well placed joke to make you laugh. When we brought our dog down for retriever training we were in a tough spot and Bobby took a chance on an older dog than he normally trains, we cannot thank him enough. His training grounds are beautiful, great kennels and a hard working staff. After 3 months with Bobby our golden retriever had made a complete transformation with his new found purpose. After completion of his training we would bring Huck back for boarding whenever we took a long trip or for additional training. The joy and happiness on our dog’s face when he jumped out of the truck at Troy creek was impossible to miss. I cannot say enough about both Bobby and his program he even helped me plan the proposal to my wife!

Bobby has done an amazing job with my Golden. I recommend him without reservation. When I picked my dog up after 5 months of training, Bobby spent plenty of time showing me what my dog had learned and how to handle him. Thanks to Bobby I know have a “started” gun dog who is ready to retrieve ducks and upland birds. My dog loves his new job. Thank you Bobby!

Excellent experience with Bobby and the team at Troy Creek. Great communication throughout the process. My lab puppy stayed five months and came back well started in preparation for his first hunting season. He was a dog that required a lot of patience and coaxing to build his retrieving and swimming desire, but Bobby got it done. Would recommend and will continue my relationship with this trainer.
