“You’re a literal genius.” My exact words to Ben after listening to him talk about his approach and process. It’s such a pleasure when you encounter someone who is truly a master of their craft. Ben is exactly that. He doesn’t make lofty promises (like literally every other training company I encountered). Instead, he cautiously manages expectations, makes you very aware of the part you need to play in the process, and is honest about what he thinks the potential outcome may be. And because of his approach, I’m more hopeful than ever that we’ll be able to come out the other end of this process with a solution. I spoke to everyone in the valley and Ben is 100% our guy. I’d recommend you just take a call with him. His honesty and empathy will speak volumes.

There aren't enough words to describe how incredible our experience has been with True Canine Training and the head trainer Ben. Ben is one of a kind.. You can truly see how much he loves dogs and his job. Before we sent Odie off to training camp, he even came over multiple times and answered so many calls and texts with all our questions. With my Wife and I being first time dog owners, Ben was a life-saver.. He provided us with helpful puppy training methods and reassured us in some of the more energetic or difficult puppy behavior periods. After Odie came back from camp he truly has been THE BEST boy. We can see all the habits instilled during his board and train and have been happily reinforcing everything Ben summarized in the post training session. It goes without saying but we've told everyone we know they HAVE to use True Canine Training if they want a well-behaved dog. Thank you for everything Ben!

After trying several other trainers, we are thrilled to have found Ben at True Canine Training! We thought our 4yo Aussie Shepherd was beyond help - she was addicted to barking and so wound up all the time. The True Canine Training approach requires dedication but is practical and straightforward to implement. Ben takes his time to get to know you, as well as your dog, and creates a program and timeline that works for you. Ben is always sure you are comfortable and confident before the lesson is over. We are still working through the program, but in two months Ben has helped us transform our home and improved our dog’s behavior beyond anything we could have imagined.
