Turning Point Dog Training

I highly recommend Turning Point. Working with Anthony was really enjoyable. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He was always very responsive and had great communication skills. Most importantly he was an amazing trainer. When I got to the training center my dog didn’t even want to go into the building but Anthony encouraged me to trust him and we worked through it. After our first session with him my dog already started to show a huge improvement. Anthony helped our dog get ready for life with our new baby. Our dog has had some reactivity issues and Anthony helped us out tremendously. He went above and beyond to help us by custom tailoring our sessions by bringing in dogs, new people, and even coming to our house for some sessions to work with us. He not only taught my dog but he also showed my wife and I how to get through a lot of behavioral issues my dog had. We now feel like we have the tools we need to be successful. Turning Point was a huge help and I would highly recommend them!

Paige did an amazing job with our dog, Oliver. Our sessions started with Paige asking us what were the most important focus areas for training. Each session I could see improvement in Oliver. Paige was also so thorough with at-home training homework and provided helpful tips. I have recommended a few people to bring their dogs here just because of how amazing of a trainer Paige is. So happy with the results!

I can’t recommend Anthony enough if you need help training your dog! Anthony was so patient and kind with both us and and our dog Foster and answered all of the questions that we had. He tailored our lessons around the progress of Foster and I really appreciated that our last few sessions were in real life scenarios like at busy parks and around other dogs / people so we could learn how to train and approach these situations. Because of his training, we now have a dog who listens and we’ve been able to take him with us to places where we never thought he would behave. If you’re looking for someone who will get to know you and your dog and develop a program specifically to address your concerns you have found the right place. We just finished our 8 week session with Paige and can't say enough amazing things about the experience. With her guidance and knowledge our pup went from shy and timid to confident and ready to take on the world! We can't thank her enough for being so thorough and willing to answer all questions. We loved the homework assignments and all the tools she provided. Because of Paige we now have an amazing bond with our pup and can't wait to join the pack walks and all the adventures to come!

We brought our 3 year old dog, Nala, and worked with Anthony and had an amazing experience. Anthony provided us with the tools we needed to improve our communication with Nala. Anthony listened to our goals for the 5 training sessions and really tailored the training around those goals. We were able to meet both in the studio to master basic commands, and out at different parks to practice the skills with more distractions. Again, he listened to our goals/ concerns/ needs and meet us where we were at. He is an incredibly kind person, a great communicator, and is an absolute professional. We wanted to our communication with Nala to make walks more enjoyable (less tugging, less losing focus when seeing stray cats and squirrels).
