They want you to use choke collars and "be dominant" over your dog. This can be harmful and traumatic to your dog. Choke collars can damage the thyroid gland in the neck. The Humane Society recommends positive reinforcement instead. Do you want to hurt your dog or make them fear you?
In my opinion the room is too small for how many dogs they cram in there. If your dog gets distracted and you want to train it to ignore distractions, this is not a good environment to start in.
Some of the trainers are very rude as well.

Brought my GSD for two separate classes in the last year and we had so much fun. Trainers are right to the point and very helpful and encouraging. Will be back for a third class with my oldest pup and begin with my newest pup!
