Two Tails Training

I was 9 years old when my fur parents finally decided to get some help. I was a “little dramatic” when the doorbell rang or Amazon, FedEx, or any other delivery truck drove by. I would go from chilling to running back and forth barking incessantly. It was a lot of work. Fernando taught my parents how to calm my nervous system and help me be more confident. Now that I am so well-behaved, I get to go everywhere. My parents don’t have to worry about me in crowded places or around other dogs. Who said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks?! We came to Fernando after trying everything to get cooper to become a calm and normal dog. We couldn’t take him places because he would be so afraid of everything that it was just embarrassing for us to have him out and about. We couldn’t leave the house because we were afraid he would escape his crate and destroy our house. Now, I take Cooper out and I get asked if I’m training him to be a service dog. Not only is he the best dog I’ve ever had, he’s the best there is(fight me on it). Since doing classes with Fernando I have felt a deeper love for my dog than I ever have before. Seeming him pick up on the things we both learned and then apply them makes me prouder than I can express in words. Walking my dog is now the best part of my day, not the worst, and I get compliments on his behavior just about everytime we leave the house. That is reason enough to go through with two tails in itself. If you’re questioning whether or not do go through training with two tails, do yourself a favor and do it. You will not be disappointed.
