We absolutely loved TyCal ! My husband and I have a 3yr old Pitbull who had a good foundation but needed some sharpening on his obedience skills. He took to Manuel immediately !! He absolutely loved him and the structure that he provided. Our first class was an observation/test class to see where Buddy was at and what he really needed work on. From there, Manuel customized each training session to Buddy's specific needs as well as the needs of me and my husband! Manuel is extremely flexible and was always willing to make schedule changes if we needed. We went 3x/week for 4 weeks and Buddy is doing awesome! I would absolutely take him back if we ever needed or take a new pup if we got one !

We recently sent our six-month-old Dogo Argentino to TyCal for training, and it has been the best experience we’ve had so far. This is our fourth Dogo, and we’ve worked with several other trainers in the Houston area, but none have matched the results we’ve seen with Manuel. Our puppy’s training has stuck the most through his program, which has made a huge difference for us. Since this dog is being trained as a protection and service dog for my wife while I travel the country for work, it was very important to us that the training be reliable and consistent. With such a large and powerful breed, we needed discipline so the dog could assist my wife properly in airports and public spaces without distraction. Manuel has been extremely easy to work with, and we just completed phase one of training (on-leash). It’s been a complete success, and we’re excited to move on to the next phase. I highly recommend TyCal to anyone looking for serious and effective dog training.
