United K9 Academy is absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about both the dogs and their owners. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in the results. The owner, Jen, is beyond amazing—professional, kind, and extremely experienced. She goes above and beyond to make sure every dog gets the best training possible and that owners feel supported and confident throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with our experience at United K9 Academy and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality training and an outstanding team!

I truly cannot put into words how much I LOVE this company. I’ve had my dog, Tobi, since he was just six weeks old, and for so long we struggled. He basically ran our house, biting my mom and me, destroying couches, stuffed animals, shoes, anything he could get his paws on. Living with him felt overwhelming, and there was constant fear and stress in our own home. We even tried another training facility, hoping it would help, but unfortunately it didn’t. As time went on, things only felt harder. There was a point when we truly thought we might have to give him up, even though we loved him more than anything. That thought was absolutely heartbreaking. Then we met Patrick Carrier and his mother, Jennifer Carrier, and everything changed. Tobi is now a completely different dog. There’s no more fear of being bitten, no more destroyed furniture, and he listens and responds to commands. He even heels to me while casually walking around the house, something I never thought would be possible! This company didn’t just train our dog; they gave us peace, confidence, and our family back. I couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more supportive, amazing community. We will be forever grateful for everything they’ve done for Tobi and for us.

Ok so I have never boarded my dogs so it was new for us and our dogs! To say they and I was nervous was an understatement hahaha! The first and second day I was a total disaster but I sent an email just to check on them to see how my three pups were doing!( we haven’t had the best of luck with pet sitters in the past)! I got an email the next day letting me know josey our fatty is what we call her was doing amazing and play well with others! I expected that from her she’s so outgoing and loving to everything and everyone! My other one not so much Luna my shepky is more of a guarded dog and like to nip a little and takes a while to warm up but will get closer with snack and I should of made sure that was said and I should of brought some! But does like to play fetch and run a lot. And be chased. But then there’s Holly our Lacey we got her after she was returned from an adoption gone wrong at an abusive home so she really sketchy of new people and when being introduced to people the easiest way to get to is for her to have slowness for her by herself with female only at first she tends to not work with men because that’s who abused her! However when I did relay this information I don’t think it was passed down the chain to all staff before she came. I did feel more comfortable with her being with Luna instead of her being alone because she is still a puppy. I will say the staff was very understanding and made me feel confident and comfortable with leaving them in their care and I will definitely use them again for sure. The price was reasonable for what they do for your pets and I would not expect anything less. I truly do appreciate everything they did and keeping me updated when I emailed them and asked about my pets. Also they were very understanding about me picking up my pets early when I got back in town and credit my account for the next time I use them.
