FirstBarkI love taking my dog here! He can be a bit slow to warm up to new humans, though the staff was extremely patient and understanding with him. My pup now loves going in and does well with all the staff! I would 100% recommend them, especially if your pup is a bit anxious like mine.

Hi Jennifer, yes we use e-collars, leash training, treat training, and verbal praise to teach the dogs boundaries and commands. My program is also based on the dogs having fun during training, while remaining focussed. Thanks for your question.

I'm unfamiliar, BUT I can tell you that Chris and Universityk9 does great. I did a 2week board and train first my blue heeler puppy who after moving was showing signs of aggression towards and older sickly dog, and was terrible at walking on and off leash. After working with Chris, it was almost like night and day. I highly recommend Universityk9.

He has been the only one that has been able to work with him and has been very patient and accommodating. At this time, I don’t envision attempting to take our dog elsewhere. We are very pleased with the level of service Chris and his team have provided. I recommend Chris and his team to anyone out there with a difficult dog to give them a try.

Wow, just wow....night one with Blaze home...he went into his kennel at 8pm for bedtime, and slept thru the night! NO issues.....prior to the boarding and training, he was in my bed and pretty much bossing me around....well, not anymore. I have a whole new pup it seems! He turned 5 months old yesterday 🥰 he walks off leash great, right next to my side, and if I change it up on him, and turn around and walk the other way, he quickly adjusts and fixes his walk with mine, always looking back to make sure his human is right next to him....if I stop, he will stop with me and sit. No more herding, or jumping on my furniture either. He isn't jumping up on people anymore (except for when he seen me for the first time in 2 weeks, he was so happy to be home but it was corrected and he listened), he will not exit or enter the house without stopping and waiting to be allowed in or out, and the list goes on.... One of the BEST decisions I've made with having a new dog. Would highly recommend the place I had him at to anyone and everyone!!!!
They don't even return phone calls or not professional at all
Thank you Chris for doing such a great job with Rocky! He is much more a pleasure to walk on leash and he is so loving his off leash!
