FirstBarkI cannot recommend Keri more. Not only is she extremely helpful, especially for a first-time dog owner, but she gave us the tools to start helping ourselves at home immediately. She helps us break down practices into small steps that make the task of training seem very manageable, and even fun. Do yourself a favor and bring your dog here! (We have a large 2 year old Golden/Great Pyrenees mix)

Keri is fabulous, both with dogs and their humans. Her knowledge, passion, and experience make her an absolutely invaluable asset to anyone who is trying to raise a dog with great manners.
We loved the puppy headstart program, as it gave us a couple of hours to relax each week while our puppy got extra practice at socialization and exploration. Gatsby was set up for success with Stephanie, and the program was definitely worth it. We (including Gatsby) will miss our training sessions, but we feel confident in continuing his lessons ourselves.

Keri and Stephanie have made a huge difference for our 4 month old hound mix rescue puppy. While super affectionate, Bailey came to us very timid and wary of new experiences and loud noises. We were concerned that these problems would become worse as she got bigger, but weren’t sure the best way to get Bailey on the right track. We’ve had dogs our whole lives and never worked with a trainer before, but had seen Keri in action with a puppy at Merrifield Garden Center and were impressed with her methods. From the very first training session, Keri and Stephanie created a framework that we could follow and helped Bailey with some of the things that she found really scary, like riding in the car. The patience and consistency they’ve shown with Bailey has boosted her confidence and she’s on her way to being the best trained dog we’ve ever had. Thank you, Keri and Stephanie!
Keri is the best! She was like Cesar Milan but in real life. Totally reshaped our thought process on training our pup and had him doing things within minutes we couldn't do in days!
