As a very cautious dog parent, a while ago, I toured this facility while searching for daycare and potential classes for my two dogs. I encourage everyone to do the same when considering a new place for their pets. I had several concerns during my visit. First, I noticed there was only one staff member in the overgrown yard supervising a large group of dogs, with no visible means (such as a radio) to call for backup in case of an emergency. Additionally, small dogs (around 20 lbs) were mixed with much larger dogs (around 100lbs) with no separate areas for different sizes. If a fight were to break out, it could end poorly, especially given the limited supervision. Another concern was that all the dogs were wearing collars, which can be a safety risk if a collar gets caught or pulled, and something I didn’t observe at other facilities. I was also informed about a “treadmill class” where dogs are ran on human treadmills, not slatmills, despite warnings on these machines that they are unsafe for children and pets. Lastly, I noticed that the company’s website sells doodles as service dogs (unethical breeding) and while there I saw a “service dog registration” (not an ADA requirement) paper on the wall, which struck me as questionable. This is not a facility I would trust with my dogs, and I encourage others to tour any dog daycare carefully before committing. While I am not a customer (and won’t be one), I hope this review helps others make informed choices.

So, after a year and a half, the training I paid $4500 for never worked. On drop off day, they talked to us about our needs with our dog. He was a rescue who had/has issues (when walking on leash) with other dogs. Not aggressive, but would yelp/pull/jump. They had us in a room and brought one of their dogs to the door and saw the result. This was suppose to be a board and train. After the two weeks, we had some homework and followup training. I did like that about this place. However, one of the days we were doing a training at the facility when a patron came with their dog...he (again) lost it. The trainer was surprised as I was like..."This is what we wanted tended to". After all this, we had to go back for some remedial training to "try " to help with the problem. I (on my own) worked him everyday. Sitting at parks, dog parks, immersion training. 4 months later, he stepped into a dog park for the first time since having him and he loved it. He was great with other dogs. Very playful, but looses it on a leash for whatever reason still. I tried having individual training were I would drive 40 mins for 20 min of training. Then, they just never checked in or returned my calls. Yes, it was nice he learned "place". I had trained him on the other things they trained already. I had to pay for an collar, so in total $4600 for him to stay and learn place. I was greatful for him to be there as we had just moved, but I literally could have boarded him for $50 a day($700+tip). I also now you might not get the results you are paying for. However, when what you are paying for wasn't addressed to begin with? That is a problem.

I was having trouble potty training my pup, no matter what I did I had messes and multiple baths a day. I'd never had trouble training before. I called the trainer here, desperately thinking I needed to have them do it. I explained my problems. They told me, it was a parasite, not training and what to do. 48hrs later my life wad changed, and all I spent was 10$!!. They could have taken my money, I was that desperate. But they gave me awesome advise instead. Honesty now days needs a light to shine on it. Thank you so much, patti
